What is an Energy Performance Surveys?
An Energy Performance Survey is a detailed assessment of your property’s energy usage. Conducted by certified Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs), this survey evaluates various aspects of your building, including insulation, heating systems, and overall energy consumption. The result is an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), which provides an energy efficiency rating from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient).
